Hi, I’m Theresa. I LOVE the Happy Candle and its ethical and positive vibe. I help by advising on Social Media and writing some blogs for the website around Mindfulness. I have recently begun facilitating a meditation group. Meditation really helps me to relax into the ebb and flow of life – finding resilience for challenging times and to soar in the good times.
I’m also a big believer in having fun. It’s really important to allocate time – no matter how busy you are – to doing things you love with the people you love – dancing, hiking, music, whatever. It’s also great to try out new activities, maybe one that challenges you a bit. You don’t have to be good at it BUT it will mean new people, new experiences and you never know, it could change your life!
I love that the happy candle can be a little motivator to encourage you to live life as fully as you deserve.
